2. Products & Information
Ondela offers curated décor items sourced internationally for yachts and refined interiors. We make every effort to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and up to date.
Please note that minor variations in colour, texture, size, or finish may occur due to lighting, screen differences, materials, or supplier production. These variations are not considered defects.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
3. Orders & Acceptance
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order. Acceptance occurs once the order has been processed and dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in the applicable currency shown at checkout and must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Ondela is not responsible for currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times provided on our website are estimates only and may vary due to courier demand, customs processing, weather, or seasonal periods such as Christmas.
Ondela is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the courier. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Ondela has no control over customs clearance processes or associated delays.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our internationally sourced products, Ondela operates under a no-returns policy.
Refunds are only issued in cases where an error has occurred on our part, including:

To request a refund, customers must contact info@ondela.co.uk within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 24 hours.
Refunds cannot be issued for change-of-mind purchases or minor variations.
8. Complimentary Gifts
Occasionally, Ondela may include complimentary gifts as a goodwill gesture. These items may be shipped separately and may arrive before or after the main order depending on customs and courier handling.
Complimentary items have no cash value and are non-refundable.
9. Damage or Issues
If an item arrives damaged, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, branding, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Ondela – The Floating Touch and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Ondela shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
