At Ondela, we take pride in offering unique, curated décor for yachts and interiors. Because of the way our products are sourced and shipped internationally, we operate under a no-returns policy. Please read carefully before placing your order.

Returns

Due to international sourcing and shipping costs, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Returning items overseas often exceeds the value of the product itself, and to keep our prices fair and accessible, we do not process returns.

Refunds

While we do not accept returns, we will issue a refund in cases where an error has occurred on our part. Refunds are available in the following scenarios:

  • You receive the wrong item.

  • The item has substantial discrepancies compared to the product description on our website.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Us – Email us at info@ondela.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your item.

  2. Provide Proof – Please include photographic evidence of the item received so we can review your claim quickly.

  3. Refund Processing – Once your claim is validated, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 24 hours.

  • Refunds will only be issued for errors or major discrepancies as outlined above.

  • We cannot issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases or minor variations.
