At Ondela, we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our interior decor and service equipment. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as tableware, textiles, and seasonal décor may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

How to Request a Return

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a return address.

  3. Securely package your items and send them using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We are not liable for returns lost in transit. Please retain proof of postage.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original method of payment.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details.

  • We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the issue.
